In the event that your phone lines are down, or cut, the signal from your home security system will still be sent to our Central Home Security System Monitoring Station.

Our radio back-up communication network is maintained and monitored by Honeywell’s ALARMNET Division. This provides our clients with an extra level of home security to ensure your security system’s alarm signal is able to reach the central monitoring station in the event of an alarm transmission. If your phone lines are out of order for any reason, communication to our central monitoring station will continue with this radio backup mode. Radio Backup can be installed as part of your new home security system, or added as an upgrade to your existing security alarm system.
